Our Shipping & Return Policy – Where We Ship
We currently do not ship outside of the United States and Canada.
Free Standard Shipping 1-7 Business Days
Free standard shipping is only available in the contiguous USA during listed promotions or with a valid coupon code. Orders placed after 12pm Fridays will ship the next business day.
If your order doesn’t qualify for free shipping, you may review alternative shipping options during checkout.

Within the Shipping & Return Policy, All purchases are final and no returns will be accepted, except for products that are defective upon delivery. To return a defective item, first request a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) Number. Returned items without proper RMA numbers may be rejected.
- No returns on any factory sealed item that has been opened.
- No returns on personal protective equipment (PPE) supplies.
RMA numbers are valid from 14 days after issuance. Once you receive an RMA number, please send the item(s) to PH DENTAL immediately.
Shipping & Return Policy: Damaged Items or Missing Parts
Damaged items or missing parts / accessories must be reported within seven (7) business days of receipt of product.
Any damage arising from a defective product will be limited to a refund of the purchase price only (waived in certain cases). Defective items will be replaced with either a replacement unit or electronic credit in same form of payment.
Refused Shipments/ Insufficient Address
If a shipment is refused for any reason, including post office non-delivery, the customer is responsible for the charge incurred to re-ship the item. If the item is not wanted after first attempt of delivery, the purchase price will be refunded less the shipping expense. PH DENTAL also reserves the right to charge a 20% restocking fee at our discretion.
Shipping & Return Policy: Item Return
Customer MUST CAREFULLY PACK defective items being returned, as if they were new and working. FAILURE TO DO SO may invalidate both the RMA and the warranty.
Orders will be refunded directly back to the original form of payment. All customer returns are subject to a 20% restocking fee, at the discretion of PH DENTAL. If returning an item past 7 days after receipt, shipping charges will be the sole responsibility of the buyer. Original shipping charges will not be refunded.
ONE-YEAR WARRANTY FOR PAX EXTRAORAL SUCTION SYSTEMS
We provide a one-year manufacturer’s warranty from the date of purchase for PAX Extraoral Suction Systems (“PAX Systems”). If you believe you have received a defective product, or are experiencing any problems with your product, please call our support team.
This warranty strictly does not cover damages that arose from negligence, misuse, wear and tear, or not in accordance with product instructions.
To obtain service under this Warranty, please contact our Customer Support team with the following information in order to determine the problem and the most appropriate solution:
- Proof of purchase
- Photo/Video of the faulty product
Please clearly specify the issue with your purchased item.
Please provide a valid proof of purchase in your initial inquiry, such as your order number on our online store, or an invoice number. Unfortunately, we cannot offer the warranty to products without proof of purchase.
For products under the one year warranty that require repairs or replacement, you (“the customer”) are responsible for all shipping costs.
SHIPPING & RETURN POLICY: DETAILED LIMITED PRODUCT WARRANTY
We at PH Dental warrant our PAX products against defects in material or workmanship for a period of one (1) year from the original date of purchase of the product by a consumer (the “Warranty Period”). If a material or workmanship defect arises with regard to any PAX System, and a valid claim is received within the Warranty Period, we will at our option: (i) repair the PAX System product using new or refurbished parts; (ii) replace the PAX System with a new or refurbished PAX System. For the purposes of this limited warranty, “refurbished” means a product or part that has been substantially returned to its original specifications. In the event of a defect, these are your exclusive remedies. If you receive a replacement, the one year warranty start date remains the same date as your original purchase, not the date you receive the replacement.
Except for the limited warranty expressly set forth above or to the extent restricted or prohibited by applicable law, PH Dental expressly disclaims any and all other warranties express or implied, including any warranty of quality, merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose and you specifically agree that PH Dental shall not be liable for any special, incidental, indirect, punitive or consequential damages for breach of any warranty of any type on any PH Dental product. For the avoidance of doubt, the limited warranty does not cover damages that arose from negligence, misuse, wear-and-tear or failure to follow the product instructions.
